Versilia Homes grew from our own experience of buying and restoring a house in Tuscany.
We discovered that finding the right property was only the beginning. The real challenge was understanding its potential, navigating the local process and bringing together architecture, restoration, interiors and craftsmanship without losing what made the house special in the first place. That experience became Versilia Homes.
What we do
From potential to place
We look for properties with character and unrealised potential, then develop a clear vision for what they can become.
Sometimes we do this through our own projects. Sometimes we source properties on behalf of clients who want to find a home in Versilia but do not want to navigate the local market, due diligence and restoration process alone. And sometimes we work with owners and estate agents on properties that may benefit from a different approach to restoration or positioning.
Our role is to connect the different parts of that journey. We work with trusted local architects, builders, craftspeople and specialists, while keeping sight of the house as a whole — its architecture, materials, interiors, setting and eventual use.
The result is not simply a renovated property, but a home with one coherent direction.

Founded by Meike Brandt
Versilia Homes was founded by Meike Brandt following her own experience of buying and restoring in Tuscany.
Her role is to identify potential, develop the overall vision and bring together the right local expertise to take each property from discovery to finished home.
